Totot Kitfo Restaurant review

Totot Kitfo is a restaurant located around Gerji (Anbesa Garadge) in front of the world vision head office. It has a traditional Guragae setting in and out and Totot serves all kinds of cuisines from the southern parts of Ethiopia.

Totot is known for the special kitfo (Guragie’s
Traditional Food) and Traditional dance performance every night. For this review I ordered Kitfo and Gored Gored.

The Kitfo is served with cottage cheese and minced collard greens (gomen). The gored gored is tender beef marinated mainly with Qibae (Ethiopian Butter). And we had the amazing traditional dancers entertaining us while we ate.

The customer service was nice. The waiters as well
as those that pour water for your hands make you
feel at home with their friendly approach.

The price is a bit expensive but trust me, its totally worth it. The food is impeccable and the traditional dancers are very engaging as well as mesmerizing.

Please note that parking is only available by the street as the place has no compound. Feel free to comment below if you have any questions or let me know about your experience at Totot.
